Matt Parker was a buyer agent. At the closing they gave us a wrong code for entering the house. After we got into the house we saw they took the garage opener and they forgot to give it to us at closing too. After we contacted my agent, Matt said he is going to drop off the garage opener at the property. We waited for him for 1 hour but he didn't show up. After I contacted him, I told him how frustrated I am and asked him not to drop them in the mail box when I am not there, he dropped them in the mailbox even when I asked him not to do that. Very unprofessional and careless agent.

Caroline's expertise in the North Shore area was evident from our first meeting. We were first time buyers from Canada with very specific requirements and she took the time to understand our preferences and lifestyle, and family priorities, demonstrating efficiency and effectiveness.
